A recent post from Tim Parks mentions Starrett, and they certainly can
supply the tools you need. Mitutoyo, SPI and Fowler are some other
manufacturers. Be advised that if you want to measure thickness AND
width, you should plan on using two different tools. The difference in
size between reed thickness and too large to conveniently measure with one
tool.

Reed widths can be easily measured with a caliper, also called a slide
caliper. The dial type is much easier to read than the vernier type.
This tool can also measure reed thickness, but it's not a very convenient
way to do it.

Reed thicknesses are better measured with a micrometer, or (even better) a
thickness gauge (which usually have a dial readout). The Armato tool is
just one type of thickness gauge.
