If you just want to MEASURE reed dimensions, all you need is a Vernier Caliper. There are dozens of manufacturers and I would guess that 99% would be more than accurate enough for reed measuring. They run from about $29 to over $100.
The best kind is a dial caliper, as it is much easier to read. It's more expensive, however.
If you want a tool that measures and then ADJUSTS the reed, that's something else.
