Dear Mark,

We are writing to inform you of a Network Maintenance Event that will
impact your Speakeasy Broadband service(s).

On Wednesday night, January 21st 2004 (tonight), we will be performing
maintenance on the Point of Presence (POP) through which your Broadband
connection is routed. As a result, your service will be interrupted
for up to 1 hour, beginning at 10:00pm PST Wednesday night and ending at
11:00pm PST Wednesday night.

improve our service to you.
