Dan,
I agree that this is a lovely piece....I have never heard (aside from
my own playing with a flautist friend who won't play it up to speed...
frustrating...grrrrr) a recording of the transcription for flute, clarinet
and piano. I have a couple of CD's of the original version for violin
and viola and it is one of those pieces that I just can't listen to enough!
Is it possible to wear out a CD? :-)
