The following announcement comes from Backun Musical Services Limited:

Mark Nuccio and the Manhattan School of Music announce a seminar =
presented by Morrie Backun and the technicians of Backun Musical =
Services Limited on Clarinet Acoustics and Tuning Issues. This seminar =
will be held on January 27, 2004 from 4-6 PM in Borden Hall at the =
Manhattan School of Music in New York City. He will also have available =
a full supply of barrels and bells for you to try.

Morrie and crew will be available for private appointments for repair =
work and equipment auditions at the LUCERNE HOTEL (notice this is a =
change in location for those who have already made appointments), which =
is located at 201 West 79th Street in New York. To schedule an =
appointment before Saturday, call Morrie at 604-862-0073 or e-mail him =
at <morrie@-----.com>. After Sunday he can be reached at the =
Lucerne at 212-875-1000. He had to change hotels due to the closing of =
the Empire Hotel.

If by chance, you had made reservations at the Empire, you won't be able =
to stay there, so please make other arrangements.

I will be attending this seminar, so if anyone has questions they want =

happy to take your questions with me and try to get answers. PLEASE DO =
