Any library that stocks libertti for operas would undoubtedly have
libretti for many if not all of the Wagner operas. And if they don't
have them, you can always request one using inter-library loan.

I'm not sure what you are looking for but there is considerable dispute
about the poetic worthiness of Wagner's writings, which includes the
texts of his libretti. Some consider them masterpieces of German
writings, others consider them trash from an incompetent and untrained
writer and librettist. How much poetry is in them is very much
debatable, as is how much medieval Norse legends are present.
