I am indeed treating it that way - I can try it for a bit and see how I like it, and seek restitution for false advertising otherwise. I did try it tonight, as did my g/f and another player in our community orchestra (they play clarinet officially, I just play principal trombone there :-P) and it seems to play quite well, though it needs pads and a cleaning - I'm going to call someone tomorrow that does repairs and overhauls to see if I can take it to him and have it evaluated. And as I posted in another response, it *does* look like a Buffet - the logo is identical to Buffet's in style (oval with the lyre on top) except the writing in it says Selmer and it has a script HS instead of BC below. Very weird.
