Does anyone know a source for 9"x12" paper (the size most commercially
published music is printed on)? Also paper the size of an unfolded Octavo
size sheet that is standard for commercially published choral music? All I
can find (on U.S. web sites) is standard office paper - 8.5x11, 8.5x14 and
11x17.
