I just looked. It's still listed as an R13. This guy has gone from being
victim to goniff. I am willing to believe the music store made a mistake
describing it to him. But by now he's been told, right? At that point he
became morally responsible, as Sue indicated, for pulling the item and then
relisting it with a correct title and description. With 9 hours to go, can
he even stop the sale?

I don't know if he's been shilling for his clarinet under different login
names, but if that thing sells he might have his foot in something really
ugly if the buyer knows clarinets. Can eBay kick him for
misrepresentation? This sounds fraudulent. I wouldn't want someone to
sell me what's supposed to be a Mercedes-Benz only to find out it's got a
Jetta engine.
