I also did an internet search and there is a copy of the study score that
comes up in a Library of Western Australia seach engine (and it is 270
pages not 290).

This piece is harder than most to search for on the internet because it is
known by so many names including Sonatine No.2, Symphony for Wind
Instruments (and several variations of this), The Happy Workshop, and the
same options again in German. Virtually all of the hits are either
recordings or groups that list it as part of their repertoire.
