performance:

* Mozart: Clarinet Concerto: (Cambridge Music Handbooks Series)
* Cambridge Companion to the Clarinet
* Early Clarinet: A Practical Guide
* The Historical Performance of Music: An Introduction
Colin J. Lawson, Robin Stowell, Colin Lawson (Editor)

These reference books should answer most (if not all) questions about
