Bruch died in 1920. It seems to me that the concerto with orchestral
accompaniment is in the public domain, though a photocopy of the 1943
edition may not be. If you find a copy floating around out there I'd be
interested for putting it (a Finale .MUS file) up on my Web page.
An earlier search through OCLC (the librarian's international cross
listing) turned up only copies of the piano reduction in world
libraries. I didn't know about the Boosey & Hawkes edition of the full
orchestration, only the Simrock one. Anyway, it you find it let's give it
a shot.
