Yes, it's published in the piano edition, but the orchestral parts are only
available as a rental from Boosey & Hawkes here in the Colonies. Cost to
rent: about US$ 340. I'm sure there are some clandestine copies around.
Luis Rossi recorded it with orchestra some time ago and sent me a copy of
the score.
