The easiest place to find carbon fiber ribbon is at a marine supply store.
West Products makes epoxies and additives for use in boat building and
repair. I first bought my carbon fiber ribbon from them about 20 years ago
and used it very successfully in the repair of guitars. The west epoxy
products are superior to anything you can buy from any Home Depot or
hardware store. They are expensive, though.
