Oh sure, lets NOT be "judgmental " about terrorists who want to kill others
with whom they disagree and who want to destroy America and other democratic
republics. Lets NOT be "judgmental" about all the terrorists, both global
and domestic. After all, if
we don't "hate" them they will leave everyone alone, won't they? Anyone
remember the World Trade Center disasters (1 & 2), the USS Cole, the African
Embassy bombings, the Marine Barracks bombing in Lebanon and countless
others including Israel? I think this puts the matter of being judgmental
in its REAL proper perspective.

I claim the right to be just as judgmental about any thing I choose. I've
"paid my dues" for 75 years.

My original objection in this matter was the publishing on our klarinet list
the web site of a terrorist group. As noted before, PETA has been
classified as a terrorist organization by American law enforcement agencies
based on the terrorist attacks that they have committed against countless
sites in America, including university and drug research laboratories that
are working on cures for human and animal diseases. Really makes them a
patriotic "protest" group, doesn't it?

This is not a political list, so I will spare you all the 15 or 20 pages
that I could write on this and allied topics.

Rein,
That was beautifully put. I wish that everyone could have a nonjudgmental
perspective and view the world with more love that criticism.

Sehr geehrter Herr Nibblin

From experience I know how rude you can be. I don't think your attack on the
opinions of a -- I think -- 15 years old girl are especially undue.

Your remark made me curious to see what PETA is like, and I really don't see
why you call this the website of a terrorist organization, I visited it. Of
course Brennan's eating habits are not the topic of this list, but she is
just as well allowed to have her opninions as you are, but as I have noted
before, you allow everyone to have his or her opinion as long as it fits
into your ideas.

Sorry I started this discussion, I hope it will now be closed. This list is
unmoderated, but sometimes I could feel the wish it were moderated.

Rien, not vegetarian, not veganist, but just simply enjoying his food, his
drinks, his family and his clarinets. May 2004 be free of this kind of
unworthy remarks and discussions on clarinet, and bring you all a lot of
happiness, a good health, and a good judgement.
