PETA is an extremist group, but they are not a "terrorist
organization," at least in the sense of the word that 99% of the
people on this list will identify with. You know full well that when
people today read those words they're thinking about large-scale,
massive threats, something PETA does not represent, no matter how law
enforcement agencies supposedly classify them. Again, I think they're
extreme, but they're also a major player on our political scene, and
Rebecca making reference to them WHEN ASKED is not doing ANY harm.

Similarly, not all anti-abortionists are "radical organizations
cloaked in a worthy cause." Referring to them as comparison was not
necessary, and only a cheap shot. Please, please don't try and deny
that. It's one thing to make a joke or two about a political leader
on this list once and a while, but it's another to start assaulting
widely-held views and groups of people.

They are both a bunch of nut cases as far as I'm concerned. Folks with
way too much free time on their hands.
