It so happens that I make the best pizza in the world, although it would
require a trip to New England to taste. I even use Dan's famous red sauce on
it, all of the ingredients for which come from my garden. The upside is that
you could come hear our new clarinet quartet beat Mozart and Beethoven to a
bloody pulp for a very nominal admission charge on January 11 (see
www.blacksilver.com/cce for the gory details).

The first clarinet player in the quartet is so enamored of my red sauce that
she will only rehearse if she gets some. Imagine a clarinet quartet in hot
tub bubbling with red sauce. The sauce is handy for dipping clarinet parts
in before chewing. Personally I prefer a nice crunchy Chaddash barrel,
dipped in sauce and topped with shredded Fontina.

I make my pizza with lard, though. Mmmmmmm.
