FYI: I stopped using SheetMusicPlus because of their lead times. Apparently
they keep little in stock, but just order from the publishers and then
forward the items to you.

I've always had great experiences with Eble Music in Iowa. www.eble.com .
They don't have online ordering, but if you phone them or send an e-mail to
orders@-----.com, they'll generally send what you need out to you and bill
you. And, if they have the music (which has been true of every piece I've
ordered from them except one), they'll get it to you fast!
