I don't think I mentioned that I signed a contract for my book entitled,
"The Mozart Forgeries." It is a fiction novel about how two men forge
the manuscripts of both the Mozart concerto and the clarinet quintet,
and get away with it. The pre auction sales price is set at $20,000,000.

It is really a book for clarinet players and manuscript lovers, but it
is also a good mystery with a murder and a little sex involved. I
discussed that latter matter with my wife and she said, "Don't do it.
You have little experience and no expertise whatsoever to speak on that
subject."

It will be published by Berkeley's Creative Arts Book Company in 2005.

One really has to know a lot about the Mozart concerto to get ahead of
me on this one.
