Dear clarinet group,

I sincerely take the liberty to introduce myself as being new to this
group.=20

My name is Fred Jonny Berg, 30-years-old composer from North-Norway.
I have written some works for the Bb clarinet, e.g. "Distant Words
op.43" for solo cl. in Bb & string trio. This work has two movements,
were the 1st is rather difficult technically, and the 2nd might be
seen as a "silent after the storm" - movement. On my web site, the
second movement of op.43 is performed in a live performance (for the
moment, of techical reasons, I do not have available other than a
synthesizer version of the 1st).

In addition, several works for symphony orchestra with the clarinet
in solistic positions, e.g. "Running laps of Eternity" from "About my
Grandfather op.37". The works are written in a mainly tonal style -
and there is possible to listen to / download scores at
http://www.symbiophonic.as - if of interest to check out (these are
performed by e.g. the Norwegian Radio Orchestra).=20
