Some of the best sounding clarinetists in the world swear by Greg's
mouthpieces As you know, sound is very individual and is governed by taste
as well as oral cavity, etc. A person's taste in mouthpieces is individual
too. Greg's sound, whether you like it or not, is not necessarily a
reflection of the good sound quality which can be produced by his
mouthpieces. If you have actually tried them, and you don't like them,
that's your taste, and you are entitled to it. But to slam (perhaps)
without empirical evidence is unfair as well as unkind. Your comments
surprise me.
