I think I'd want to know what the chemical is before I'd use a product like
this. An effective drying agent might not stop with the tone holes - it
could dry (and damage) pad coverings and even leach out the oil in the wood
on the inside of the bore. An ineffectual drying agent could still gum up
the insides and cause trouble over time.
