Hi Don,
Thanks for your email. The initial cost for the
commission is $25,000, part are additional, averaging
$5,000 - $8,000. I'm shooting for $30,000 and am half
way there. Typically consortium members, or donors,
are listed opposite the title page of the score. I
haven't yet experienced a donor wishing to contribute
more than $1000, shall I research that information for
you?

Maslanka's music is rental. Consortium members get
their first performance of the Concerto included, a
value of approximately $500. Let me know if you have
any more questions.
