The reason you saw no answers to that question is that there IS no answer
to that question. It is not possible to generically say "all plastic
mouthpieces are better than all wood mouthpieces", or vice versa, nor is
it meaningful to try. The issue is far more complicated than that.

First, you have the issue of brand quality. Some brands and models are
designed and manufactured with more care and precision than others. That
will make much more difference than material. Then, you have the issue of
sample variability. Even the best manufacturers sometimes have an off
day. Then, you have the issue of individual personality. A mouthpiece
that shines like the summer sun for me might be a complete piece of junk
for you.

It is almost impossible to make sweeping general statements about clarinet
parts.
