The seller said in the listing: "Pads had to be replaced, due to age, I
chose a very durable neoprene pad, black, comparable to Valentino pads." I
said to myself, "Now why did you go and screw it up like that!" (Well, that
is CLOSE to what I said, anyway :-) )

If it doesn't sell, he'll come down. But it figures that a
professional-quality instrument in mint condition should get a good
price. Why not?
