FRAZIER MEMORIAL COMPETITION

One-hundred dollars ( USA ) to the winner of

a piece composed for SOLO clarinet ( clarinet alone ). This piece should be
grounded OR esthetically based on musical themes growing out of the
African-American experience in the Mississippi Delta ( Gospel, Blues,
Spirituals, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, Rap, etc. ( for the future ).
Submissions are accepted year round, winners announced on

June 30th, funds are managed

by Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, checks should be made payable to Holy
Trinity Episcopal Church, Elsie Frazier Memorial Fund.
