It should not be the boosters' responsibility to buy school equipment, but
it does happen in some places. Unfortunately, once a booster organization
STARTS doing that, it tends to be depended upon FOREVER by the school board.

My job is to be that guy who goes to the schools. I hit each school on my
route EVERY week. Primarily I sell reeds and supplies, take orders for
larger items, and pick up and deliver repairs and orders (and offer my
personal expertise as required), but I do some minor repairs on the spot as
well. I drive about 850 miles a week, and visit 50+ schools.
