Ted Casher here: Use a cushioned lower lip, O-shaped mouth and anchored top
teeth---don't point the chin or smile. Wrap the lips around the mpce like a
rubber band. This is the Eastman embouchure as taught by Bill Osseck, (olav
hashalom!)
If you find you are playing flat, purchase a 64 mm barrel.
When riding in the car, smile, put your lips against each other HARD, and go
"MMMMMM" and feel your lips vibrating.

This regimen also works very well for those who have contracted Bell's
Palsy. I have helped rehab about a half dozen players that way-----this,
coupled with crowing a clar. mpce, worked for me when I was attacked with
it. Good luck!
