if they sold her an instrument as a buffet and it's only 4/5's a buffet,
they've breached their contract and they must give your student their money
back. This might be the best option since you said you would have advised
her against buying the horn. There's something to be said about people being
utterly obsessed with the idea of owning an r13 though!
