Just to be fair, I've had generally good experiences with them. I've just
ordered accessories, not an instrument, but they've been polite and helpful
on the phone and my orders have arrived quickly. I've never had to return
anything, so I don't know how well they handle returns. You do have to call
to make an order, though. Their web page is pretty primitive.
