Sugarloaf's "Green-Eyed Lady"
Check Mangione's "Hill Where the Lord Hides"
Deep Purple (again) "Smoke on the Water", "My Woman from Tokyo" (along with
"Highway Star", they're all really the same song with different words and
slightly different hooks, but oh, what hooks ...)
Eagles "Life in the Fast Lane" ("He was a hard-headed man, He was brutally
handsome, and she was terminally pretty ..." - what a way to start a song!)
Santana's "Soul Sacrifice"
Mountain "Blood of the Sun", "Nantucket Sleighride"

Ob clarinet (to keep it on-topic) - all of these are good to learn to play
by ear - not too hard, and it doesn't matter what key they're in.

Damn, I'm showing my age ...
