I'm having difficulty reaching Charles Bay and Bay-Gale Woodwind
Products. The web address posted in the Retail section of Woodwind.org
does not lead to Bay-Gale Woodwind Products. When I try the given
telephone number, the phone rings but is not answered. I was able to
reach Charles Bay at that number about a month ago. He told me I was
lucky he was there at that moment, because they were in the process of
moving elsewhere.

Can anyone give me Charles Bay's *current* contact information?
