Hi All. If one was playing clarinet in front of a fifteen piece swing
band with virtually no amplication, then to use Artie's own words one needs
a horn with "Some shout". ie a large bore clt such asn Conn, Early
Selmer, Boosey Hawkes 1010. Since modern ultra refined small bore (pea
-shooters) lack the projection & note bending characteristics
