Chantelle,

Does "Everybody I go to" include an experienced tech in a well equipped
shop? I've never had one stuck that long. Usually, if I swab the clarinet
completely and leave it alone until the next day, I can get a stuck barrel
loose with slight (be very careful, or you'll end up with a broken tenon)
rocking of the barrel to loosen the grip. If that doesn't do it, you need
professional tech help.

Once you get it unstuck, don't put the barrel back on until something's been done to eliminate the cause of the problem - usually the tenon wood has
swollen slightly from moisture and/or heat. In this case either the tenon's
end or its seat (where the main body of the clarinet starts) or both need to
be slightly reduced or the socket of the barrel needs to be slighly
enlarged.

Or you could buy a case made to hold a one-piece barrel/top joint
combination. :-)
