Tim,

As a player progresses, they realize the signifigance small details in
equipment can make. It is true, a great player can play anything, but.... when was
the last time you saw Combs or Morales playing on a Vito? The point is the
equipment can make doing whatever you do easier and better. I say eliminate the
middle man and get a pro grade clarinet from the start. If you are serious
about playing, why not invest in it? My 2 cents
