Ok it was nice but I am pledging to the buffet mafia yet. It was much easier
to play than my Conn. I found that I could get by with leass air support and
still get note to sound. I quess you could say that the note sort-of popped
out. Especially with the lower joint. According to my tuner it was also much
better in tune all the way up and down the scales. (not altisimo, I don't go
there unless I am alone).
But at this point in my endeavors to play the clarinet I feel that the
majority of the improvements stand to be made with the PLAYER not the
instrument. I don't believe that it is $995.00 better than my Conn.

It was a Buffet Crampon Ser.# 42929 which per my search makes it year 1953.
