If you can't try it, then don't buy it. And take another clarinetist =
with you. Just remember that what works for you may not be the best for =
your accomplice. If you want assistance choosing a horn, Weiner's has, =
for a small fee, professionals who will choose an instrument for you. =
Tell them your set-up and they will try hard to find something that will =
work for you. Muncy will choose instruments for customers and so will =
International. I would guess WW and BW will too. Personally, I would =
take a few days and go to one of the larger stores (Weiner, Muncy, WW =
and BW or International) and try instruments. Then you will get what =
works for you. They will also have different mouthpieces, just in case =
that is something that will have to be considered when buying something =
new and different. If you want to come to Baltimore or D.C., I would be =
happy to accompany you (no fee!) to Washington Music Center and help =
you choose what you want. Best of luck.
