My experience suggests the reaction varies with the individual.
I played with a Greg Smith Cocobolo mouthpiece, and contact with my skin
caused no problems.
However, I have turned Cocobolo for years, and like Imbuia, the dust causes
severe skin rashes and impairs respiration.
