For anyone who already uses Finale, which has always input and output MIDI
files, the new version for 2004 saves directly to .WAV and also saves to
SmartMusic accompaniment format. I think I read that the new Sibelius 3 does
the same thing (I haven't bought it yet). Of course, Finale and Sibelius are
a good deal pricier than WinAmp, which is, as you say, a freebie.
