LOL. I'm too foggy this morning to concoct a few words about
electronic gadgets, such as tuners and music programs, which are
obviously essential to developing complete musical skills.... but I
wonder if someday kids will stand in awe when grandpa explains how he
learned to play without a computer chips built into his instrument (or
plugged into his brain)?

Of course, since silicon chips don't resonate the way that wood does,
will future generations ever be able to produce the same 'classic' tones
as we do today....?
