Hi Randy,

Just to put your mind at ease, nobody is bashing you. We were simply =
pointing out why we do things differently. Sue is right .....you are =
you and we are we. I guess if I was a mother duck with a bunch of =
babies following me around, monkey see - monkey do would certainly be =
acceptable. For me though, I would rather get a move on things. If =
that didn't work though, I might very well try your method. I have =
never had my way fail yet, and that is why I prefer to skip the method =
you use. I don't teach public school band though, either. Three cheers =
for a successful program. And thanks for writing back and being nice =
about it. This is just how things should work.
