Chantelle, I re-read the very beginning of your second post and realized you
said you were currently looking for a new teacher. I assume then that your
lessons with your former teacher are, for whatever reason, not still going
on. The advice still stands, but double your efforts to begin working with a
good teacher quickly. College auditions aren't something you should try to
wing on your own, and a professional's perspective will be as important now
as it has ever been for you.
