In the four ways I gave to get a copy of a published article, one of the
ways was "Nag the author."

Now Tony has posted the text of his article, and this shows that my
scholarly way of getting hold of things really works well. The fact
that my mother was the world's finest nagger and trained me at her feet
didn't hurt either.
