The obtaining of any article that is part of a formal journal is
generally accomplished in any of three or four ways: one way is to go to
a BIG library where they keep scholarly journals; another is to find a
resource whose business it is to make copies of published articles and
they so for a hefty fee; a third is to nag the author; and the fourth is
to write to the organization that publishes the piece.
That will be $2.35 for this information, please.
