Frm time to time I go through books for beginners and I play through the
whole volumes. The interesting thing is that I notice my personal
difficulties stepping back to an absolute minimal level. So I go through
these things get more and more accustomed to keys I normally don't use.

I had to think about a lesson a long time ago where I asked my teacher how
to play the -b-c-b-c-b-c .. In the beginning of the Mozart concerto.

There are different possibilities to use on Oehler clarinet. He smiled at me
and started to play every possibility and each possible mixture of the
different possibilities. He stated :"Try make all of them sound as if there
is no difference"

Best Georg
