In recent years, my left hand ring finger has been slow. When I have
trills that use that finger, I have to practice them ridiculously
slowly. I suppose it would be good therapy to start using that banana
key, but I don't. I think everybody has their own way of doing things,
sometimes when it is not necessarly the most "correct" way. I have a
couple of 8th graders who use their banana keys all the time, and I
encourage them to do so. ANNIE
