Tim,
In answer to your question about Paul's book, I was a
"guinea pig" for him in this project. It has been
quite helpful in offering alternative fingerings and
consideration for the partials your'e going to and
from. He wrote this as a foundation for one's own
modification. It is a collection of fingerings.
