Yes, but by different Baermanns.

IMO you're best off with the latest Breitkopf edition. That throws away
all the stuff that isn't in Weber's MS, but does include Heinrich
Baermann's 'accompanied cadenza' (the added sixteenths after the first
set of triplets), plus his son Carl Baermann's added cadenza (following
the low F).

My own preference now would be to include Heinrich's accompanied
cadenza, and then do something similar to Carl's, but not necessarily
the same as it, afterwards.

And if I were you, I'd also look at other editions for the main text,
and choose whatever embellishments you think support and enhance what
*you* think Weber's intentions were -- or, make up something else that
does that, whilst still maintaining contact with Weber's original.
