Crooked eBay sellers disguise themselves as buyers and give themselves
thousands of positive feedbacks. The only important statistic is the
number of negatives, and 357 is a HUGE number. I would turn and run
from anyone with more than a few negatives, and even there, I'd want to
see reasonable explanations inserted by the seller. IMHO, any seller
with that many negatives has to be assumed to be grossly negligent, or
worse.
