I can well understand how the work could be transcribed for one bass and
4 b-flat clarinets, but how did you do it for 3? I don't see which
voice got collapsed into one of the other parts because all are occupied
all the time, and the voice cannot be arbitrarily eliminated withouth
awful consequences to the work.
